Job description

To manage daily security operation ensuring quality service standards are maintained in all phases of security throughout company operations

To supervise and manage the performance of a team of security officers and or security guards and ensuring that they perform their duties effectively

To review all security measures procedures equipment and methods every month for protective and preventive purposes well as to maintain efficiently tight security control

To develop revise and advise key personnel of emergency procedures

Handles complaints, settles disputes, and resolves grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.

To handle and investigate into all security safety for any related incidents

To follow up and submit the investigate report to the Management

To coordinate and monitor for efficiency safety and security

To maintain upgrade physical security operations and equipment

To undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
