Sales - Education Consultant (Location : Pulau Tikus, Penang)

Responsibilities

• Be competent and well-versed on all institutions and its programs’ offerings represented by the Company;
• Attend to prospective students and parents by guiding them in choosing the right institutions and courses;
• Handle and follow up closely on all walk‑ins, e‑mail enquiries, incoming calls and leads from recruitment activities in a prompt and effective manner, to ensure all enquiries are successfully converted into applications;
• Provide assistance and advice on submission of course application, visa application, accommodation, scholarship, travel arrangement and any other after‑sales service;
• Plan and participate in student recruitment activities, such as school fairs, education fairs, seminars, workshops and others;
• Work closely with the Marketing Team in developing creative and impactful marketing materials, advertisements, etc.;
• Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned
