Clinic Assistant - Dental & Medical (Fresh Grads encouraged to apply)

Archimed Medical Clinic & Archident Dental Clinic, Millerz Square, Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities

1. To register patients; take and record vital signs, as appropriate to clinic operations

2. To prepare prescriptions and dispense medicines appropriately

3. To assist the doctor in basic clinical tasks to ensure a high level of operational efficiency

4. To perform other administrative duties of the clinic, such as maintaining and updating patient data records accordingly

5. To answer online inquiries from patients and others

6. To perform daily billing management and ensure all transactions are tallied with the taking before closing accounts.

7. To promote patient safety by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment

8. To perform any other duties as and when assigned by the doctor from time to time

Qualifications and Experience

1. Candidate must possess at least SPM / “O” Level, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or equivalent.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.

3. Preferably, candidate specialized in Healthcare – Nurse / Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent. Inexperienced individuals are still welcome to apply, as on‑site training will be provided.

4. Good interpersonal skills, ethical approach to practice, well‑groomed with a pleasant personality.

5. Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.

7. Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask.

8. Disciplined, honest and willing to learn and treat patient with care.
