Job description
  • Prepare Circular Resolutions, Minutes of General Meetings, Annual Returns, Statutory Forms and other documentation. -Ensure timely submission of Annual Return and other statutory forms / documents in accordance with the Companies Act 2016. -Lead, support and / or assist the Secretarial Department in all aspects of company secretarial work, maintaining statutory records and complying with related statutory requirements. -Assist in complying with new and ad hoc documentation requirements (e.g. beneficial owner declarations etc.). -Arrange certification of documents by the Company Secretary. -Liasing with clients, Companies Commission of Malaysia and other relevant authorities as is related to company secretarial matters. -Work independently and be the key point of contact for the clients under your portfolio.   • ICSA qualified or pursuing ICSA. -Alternatively, relevant equivalent degree from any qualified university (local or foreign). -Computer literate with working proficiency in Microsoft Words and MyCoID. -At least 2-3 years of cosec experience. More experience is an added advantage. -Remuneration will commensurate with experience. -Full time position -Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin language is an advantage. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers." -Junior position are also available. -Available in Bukit Jalil and Bangsar South
