To explore potential leads and ultimately close them.
Handle and manage current & new customers.
Respond efficiently to inquiries with appropriate information about company products and services.
Propose a solution with quotations for potential customers based on their requirements.
Strategize, plan and execute sales activities to achieve individual sales targets.
Attend to customer complaints and resolve issues pertaining to sales and customer relations, ensuring the company’s interests are well protected.
Work closely with the Design & Project team and other internal stakeholders to fulfill project handover.
Be vigilant on account receivables.
Be a spokesman to the external community on our products and services.
Assist or handle any tasks assigned by superior.
Contribute, comply, and commit to the company Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management System by ensuring full compliance with International Standards, legal requirements, local regulations, and any code of practice.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in any field, preferably in Business or related fields.
Must be fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in other languages, e.g., Chinese, is a plus.
Resourceful and detail-oriented.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong networking and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
This role focuses on either Northern or Southern Peninsular Malaysia .
