Job description
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Store Managers to drive performance, uphold HOOGA’s brand standards, and create engaging in-store experiences.
Ensure consistency in store operations, service delivery, and visual presentation in alignment with HOOGA’s brand values.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, VM, Training, Warehouse, etc.) to roll out strategic initiatives and retail campaigns effectively.
Monitor business performance metrics across stores, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights and guidance to Store Managers for continuous improvement.
Partner with HR to support the development, succession planning, and retention of high-performing retail talent.
Guide manpower planning, staffing strategies, and scheduling frameworks to ensure optimal store coverage and productivity.
Facilitate regular store visits, coaching conversations, and business reviews with Store Managers to drive accountability and performance.
Proactively identify operational risks and implement measures to safeguard the brand’s reputation and commercial objectives.
Champion a culture of customer-centricity, team collaboration, and continuous learning across the retail network
