Responsible in data management systematic in backend development, jointly realizing design and implement automated development data pipelines for extraction, processing, and management.

Job Description

In your new role you will :

Drive data governance implementation in Backend Development organization, leading to formulation of Data Quality Management Systematic.
Carry out the documentation of data dictionaries and data lineages to uncover dependencies in development data pipelines or data quality issues.
Work to enhance backend package development efficiency and effectiveness through data visualization and data management.
Perform advanced statistical and analytics in supporting platform unit process development analysis, enabling fast development time-to-market.
Be the go-to expert regarding development data management and analytics.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have :

PhD / Masters / Bachelor in Computer Science / Data Science / Electronic Engineering or its equivalent with 5-10 years of relevant work experience, surplus experience in basic project management and semiconductor backend assembly metrology process.

Strong understanding on semiconductor backend assembly advanced packaging technology development.

Proficient in end-to-end data use cases at backend assembly package development, touching on topics such as data engineering, analytics, and governance.

Hands-on experience in data management and analytics methodology in regards to process development.

Strong accountability, self-initiative, and proactive attitude.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is good team player who is able to work well with both internal and external partners.
