Job descriptionHave a BSc from an accredited university or college in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA / CIMA / CPA / CA Have minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the energy sector Possess good knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and best practices; strong analytical and interpersonal skills Proficient in English with good oral and written communication skills Have knowledge or experience in SAP, Hyperion Oracle and performing quick analysis on SAP cross-functional analysis Salary : Up to MYR 7,000 Senioriy level : Associate Employment type : Contract Job function : Finance Industries : Human Resources Services
Responsibilities
- Assist with Project CFIN to HFM Tie-Out
- Assist to perform month-end closing activities to ensure recording of journal entries and assist with Intercompany tie-out
- Work with Intercompany Receivables and Payables invoices and purchase orders
- Reconciliation of Intercompany invoices and assist with unreconciled accounts
- Prepare, post and run reports to share information required for month-end reports and deadlines
- Identify and solve backlog issues to ensure daily tasks are completed on-time
- Provide monthly and quarterly financial data and reviews to share with internal finance teams and support internal auditing
- Assist with process flows and documentation updates
- Collaborate with team and support on existing projects and initiatives
