Key Responsibilities :

Sales Growth :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial sector in the Southern Region.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Promote and sell the company's industrial products / services to potential and existing clients.

Client Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Analysis :

    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the Southern Region.

  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Sales Reporting :

    Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration :

    Work closely with the marketing, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
