- Identify, develop and executing the sales strategy in selected segments within company identified market for Solar power systems, LV MCC, and related electrical system.
- Maintain a deep understanding of clients’ business models, overall goals and business needs and provide solution.
- Prospecting for new customers and business in addition to growing and maintaining the existing customer portfolio and qualifying new leads to maintain identified business to support a balanced sales funnel for future sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth goals in support of the Head of sales and the overall sales target.
- Generate proposal, initiate and participate in bidding process where applicable, plan customer meetings, and demonstrate equipment capabilities on company products to assigned clients.
- Prepare weekly activities report and maintain close communication with clients.
Coordination (Internal / External)
Maintain close coordinate with proposal teams to ensure accurate and timely quote submission.Maintain close coordinate with project teams to ensure timely response.Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and technical guidance to client where require with assistance from engineering team.Assist finance to ensure prompt payment collection and adherence to company credit policies.Technical Competency
Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams and electrical schematics is an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Power Point – Intermedia level.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.High level of initiative, self-motivation, and result orientation.Customer‑centric attitude and professional presentation.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Time management and problem‑solving abilities.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in related field.Proven record of achieving sales targets in a technical or industrial environment.Ability to apply judgment and decision making, strong attention to detail, pleasant demeanour and teamwork skills.Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and customer‑focused.Meticulous, analytical and able to work independently in a challenging working environment.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.Proficient in Mandarin (Read / Write) will be added advantage to communicate with China customer.Our major user industries are the oil and gas, as well as grains, edible oils, fats and food manufacturing industries.
