Position Summary
We are disrupting the personal care industry and need a top marketing talent. The Senior Brand Innovation Manager will uncover consumer insights, develop and implement brand‑building strategies across Southeast Asia, based in Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Innovation Planning : Lead the 5‑year innovation funnel in collaboration with R&D and VIC, conduct ideation sessions covering products, packaging, communications, CRM and promotions.
- Strategic Initiatives : Develop and execute marketing plans for assigned markets, analyze execution and provide recommendations.
- Brand Management : Own category brands; build brand platform, strategies, architecture and positioning; ensure consistent brand expression across the region.
- Product / Brand / Category Launches and Relaunches : Jointly develop quarterly category plans, identify new business opportunities, manage end‑to‑end innovation projects covering all 7Ps, collate and analyze post‑launch assessments.
- Consumer Analysis : Use research tools to understand current and future consumer needs, refine consumer insights, co‑develop research plans.
- Competitive Analysis : Collect competitor communication, analyze regional competitor trends, forecast competitor activities, track and coordinate competitive analysis.
- Annual View : Deliver category annual view covering competitive landscape, category dynamics, review past executions and recommend key strategies.
- Budget : Manage category budget for the brand in charge.
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.At least 5 years in FMCG, medical personal or health care industry with strong marketing background.Basic Trade Marketing knowledge a plus.2–3 years in a leadership or middle management position.Experience leading external agency partnerships.Strong knowledge of latest marketing trends and best practices.Location
