Work you will do

Deloitte is growing its Strategy, Risk, and Transaction (SR&T) – Restructuring, Turnaround & Cost Transformation (RTCT) practice in Southeast Asia.

Our people flourish in the unexpected. The RTCT team specialises in offering sophisticated advice and innovative solutions to companies facing corporate stress or disruption. Working with lenders, investors and senior stakeholders including CEOs, CFOs and MDs, we advise on financial restructuring / refinancing, operational restructuring, profit improvement programs, formal insolvency appointments (including Judicial Management, Receiverships and Liquidations) cash generation / working capital analysis, and large-scale complex transformational change, to protect and build value, while maximizing returns.

Key Roles and Responsibilities (include but not limited to) :

• Leading and managing the full lifecycle of corporate restructuring and insolvency engagements with minimal supervision while reporting to Senior Managers, Directors and Partners, including :

Liquidations (CVL, MVL, Court)
