Job Description

Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions for business clients.

Provide technical expertise and recommendations to optimize system performance.

Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Train and support end-users to ensure seamless adoption of Microsoft 365 tools.

Monitor system performance and manage updates or upgrades as needed.

Document processes, configurations, and best practices for internal and client reference.

Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 features and industry trends.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Consultant 365 Dynamic should have :

A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proficiency in implementing and managing Microsoft 365 solutions.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system optimization.

Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and business services processes.
