Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and HR roles.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations and payroll processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
Responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial reportsDeveloping and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial recordsTo assist in inventory control system on costing of stocks and ensure a proper system of documentationPrepare and reconcile intercompany transactionsPerforms ad hoc task as requested by Director related to job scopeHandle credit control matters and follow up on payments by customersProcess payments to suppliers and prepare payment vouchersBenefits
