Requirements

  • A minimum Diploma qualification is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle all tasks related to accounts.
  • Organized and able to multi-task as needed.
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Working hours : 8 HOURS

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely financial reporting.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support daily operations.
  • Basic knowledge of e-invoicing is required.
  • Must be able to work independently, take initiative, and assume responsibility for tasks.
  • Committed and reliable with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods.
  • The role involves managing accounts, supporting operations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
