Job Responsibilities

Handle full spectrum of payroll processing activities including computing wages, bonus, allowances, overtime, claims, payroll deduction, advance payments and others.

To liaise with statutory bodies on matters relating to EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax and HRDF.

Timely submission of periodic report to relevant parties including regulatory bodies. Eg : File tax clearance for those foreign workers or resigned workers who will leaving country.

Prepare and review monthly payroll reports and document accurately.

Being the contact point for employee queries regarding payroll

Update and maintain employees records orderly and correctly in the databased and filling systems.

Ensure proper documentation of payroll documents and safe keeping of employee personal files.

Involve in audit matters and prepare documents for internal and external audit

Perform all statutory requirement for new joiners and resignees

Handles SOCSO claims

Assignment and ad-hoc job as required by management.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, or Degree in any field.
  • Required skill(s) : MS Excel, MS Office, experience in People HCM software is an added advantage.
  • Possess good communication skill in both Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Experience in Finance and Accounting background will be an added advantage
  • Maintain high confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Positive & pro-active attitude towards work
  • Able to work independently or work under minimise supervision by Head of department
