Social Media Assistant

Overview

Preference for candidates with a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields. Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing is an advantage. Fresh graduates with no prior work experience are encouraged to apply. Creativity, excellent communication skills, and enthusiasm for interacting with customers are key qualities. Required skills : video editing, photo editing, and social media marketing. Passionate about learning product knowledge and conducting market research. Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to host live streams. In-depth understanding of digital marketing trends and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager). Ability to create engaging content and collaborate with creative teams to execute marketing campaigns. Passionate about engaging with audiences and promoting products through live streaming. Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborating effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote company products across platforms.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
• Host live streaming sessions on social media platforms, engaging customers and promoting products in real time.
• Create and manage social media content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop marketing assets aligned with brand guidelines.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to adjust strategies and improve performance.
• Track and report the success of marketing activities, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Maintain a friendly and collaborative work environment; training and development opportunities.
