Job Scope & Responsibilities
Content (Video, Photo, Graphic)
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging content (videos, photos, graphics) for social media, websites, and campaigns.
- Manage content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery.
- Repurpose content across multiple platforms (Reels, TikTok, posters, menus, ads).
Influencers (Seed & Paid)
Identify and engage influencers, ambassadors, and KOLs.Manage seeding programs and coordinate product send-outs.Plan, negotiate, and track paid influencer collaborations to ensure ROI.Collect and amplify user-generated content (UGC).Packaging & Brand Assets
Design and update packaging materials (cups, bags, sleeves, boxes, etc.).Maintain and develop brand assets (logos, typography, color palette, guidelines).Produce supporting brand collaterals such as signage, uniforms, merchandise, and menus.Ensure all outlets and platforms consistently apply brand identity.Requirements
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite / Canva / Figma).Basic video editing and photography skills.Strong sense of creativity, detail, and branding consistency.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
