Our client "ESLITE SPECTRUM MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. (誠品生活)" is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team

What you'll be doing?

Customer Interaction : Oversee daily customer interactions, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries, complaints, and requests.
Problem Solving : Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions that exceed customer expectations.
Service Quality : Continuously monitor and improve the quality of customer service interactions.
Marketing Support : Assist with marketing campaigns and strategies, including promotional events, exhibitions, and digital initiatives.
Membership Management : Help customers with membership inquiries and manage loyalty programs to achieve company goals.
Cashier Duties : Operate POS systems, assist customers with checkout processes, and perform daily cashier closing duties.

Who are they looking for?

Customer Service Experience : At least two years of experience in customer service, with retail or shopping mall experience being advantageous. However, candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.

Emotional Intelligence : Strong EQ and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service.

Organizational Skills : Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment.

Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Language Proficiency : Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken) is required. Mandarin proficiency is preferred to cater to Mandarin-speaking customers.

Flexibility : Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
