Support Shopee's marketing initiatives by executing campaigns and analyzing trends to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include :
- Assisting in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business Development, Operations, Design) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Monitoring and analyzing key marketing metrics, generating insights for improvement.
- Supporting Shopee’s promotional events, online sales campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12), and product launches.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assisting in budget tracking, invoicing, and reporting for marketing activities.
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends and consumer behavior insights to refine marketing strategies.
About You
The ideal candidate will have :
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with availability to start work full-time in 2025.0-2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or SEO platforms is a plus.Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and content creation.Strong communication and project management skills.Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A creative mindset with an eye for detail and branding consistency.Passion for e-commerce and digital marketing trends.How to Apply
