Overview

Job Title : Trust & Safety Analyst (English Speaker) . Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role involves analyzing and solving lower-complexity problems, primarily working with peers within Accenture and with limited client exposure. Rotation may be required for shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems within the team.
  • Interact with peers within Accenture and, as needed, with supervisors.
  • Review ads to protect users, ensure safe web experiences, and comply with policy guidelines.
  • Assess ads for compliance with policy guidelines to safeguard advertiser interests and provide a safe user experience.
  • Act on removing malware from ads and landing pages to maintain a safe environment.
  • Review political ads and ensure compliance with election-related policies and mandated periods for targeted geographies.
  • Operate within policy administration systems as part of a digital strategy support function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Language : English, level C1.
  • Primary skill : Policy Administration (P4). Secondary skill : Data Quality (P3).
