Business Development serves as the initial point of contact for new potential clients who seek information about the products and services offered by the company. Henceforth, we are actively seeking a highly motivated business development professional who possesses a pleasant personality, strong active listening skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and a passionate drive to cultivate strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities :

  • Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing technical solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Development : Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and increase market share in the IT industry.
  • Lead Generation : Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proposal Development : Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the presales and technical teams to ensure alignment and support in achieving business objectives.
  • Reporting : Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development progress to superior.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field, preferably in Business Management, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management / Information Technology.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Preferably have knowledge in IT products.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs and anticipating the trends changes.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team oriented.
