What You'll Be Doing | 您的工作职责 :

  • Manage and schedule patient appointments

安排和管理病人预约

  • Greet and register patients with a smile

    • 以微笑迎接并登记病人

  • Maintain accurate patient records (digital & paper)

    • 维护病人资料(电子与纸本)

  • Handle inquiries and assist walk-in clients

    • 处理咨询并协助临时到访病人

  • Support doctors and clinical team with admin tasks

    • 协助医生和临床团队完成行政工作

  • Ensure clinic supplies are well-stocked

    • 确保诊所物资充足

  • Help coordinate medical tests and procedures

    • 协助安排医疗检查与流程

  • Keep the clinic organized and running efficiently

    • 保持诊所整洁、高效运作

    What We're Looking For | 我们希望您具备 :

  • Must be proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu (Need to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)

    • 必须精通华语、英语与马来语(需与华语客户沟通)

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

    • 欢迎应届毕业生申请

  • Strong communication skills and good with people

    • 沟通能力强,乐于与人互动

  • Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure

    • 能够多任务处理并在压力下保持冷静

  • Friendly, organized, and eager to learn

    • 性格友善,做事有条理,乐于学习

  • Experience in clinic / hospital admin is a plus

    • 有诊所或医院行政经验者优先

    Work Hours | 工作时间 :

    Monday to Friday : 9 : 00am – 6 : 00pm

    Saturday : 9 : 00am – 3 : 00pm

    星期一至星期五 : 上午9点 至 下午6点

    星期六 : 上午9点 至 下午3点
