Overview
This position is accountable for the Account & HR related matters at Jemco. The HR Assistant is responsible for ensuring that human resource-related data is implemented in an organized and efficient manner. This position is to work closely with HR Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities :
- In charge of monthly timecard calculation
- Control all staff uniform and safety shoes
- Update all documentation in relation to the payroll processing activities on a regular basic
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties as assigned
- Other HR and Admin ad hoc tasks as and when assigned
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in HR or administration are encouraged to apply.Familiar with HR processes such as onboarding, attendance, and employee record management.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with HR systems / software.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Must be able to start work immediately.Unlock job insights
