Job description

Overview

Diamond Key International Group is hiring for an Automation Engineer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, deploy and maintain PLC and SCADA control systems, including hardware and software functional specifications for downstream fuels terminal automated processes.
  • Design and configure PLC / SCADA per approved designs; programming and configuration.
  • Lifecycle ownership from design through programming, testing, installation, configuration, and documentation (FDS, FAT, SAT procedures).
  • Installation and commissioning at customer sites; willing to travel as required.
  • Work with Function Blocks (FBD), Structured Text (ST), sequential function charts (SFC), ladder logic; communicate using Modbus RTU / ASCII / TCP, Ethernet IP, Profibus, OPC UA.

Qualifications

  • Preferable Scada & PLC experience but not essential : Process and Safety PLC – Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Siemens Simatic S7S.
  • Oil and Gas industry experience preferred but not essential.
  • Customer service oriented; ability to travel and work away when required.
