Job Responsibilities :

To liaise with Kastam Malaysia for the declaration and clearance of goods for inbound / outbound
Assist in delivery and submission of proper paperwork to the authority to ensure the import / export shipment is smooth
Maintain healthy and productive working relations with the carriers, customs brokers, vendors, and service providers
Review import documentation to verify compliance with customs regulations
Follow-up closely with requirements and changes needed in custom forwarding

Requirements :

Min 2 years experience in freight forwarding / shipping industry operations

Experience in custom liaison, understanding of SOP and regulations

Able to coordinate, follow-up and maintain cordial relationship with the external parties

Familiar with Custom Declaration & Formalities

Basic Knowledge On HS Codes

Possess own transport, able to travel within klang valley
