The Project Site Assistant supports on-site activities by coordinating with designers, project teams, and contractors to resolve issues and keep projects on track. Responsibilities include reporting site challenges, maintaining documentation, preparing progress updates, and ensuring smooth communication between site and design teams. The role focuses on timely project handover and closure, while maintaining quality and safety. The Project Site Assistant reports regularly to the Board of Directors.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Site Issues : Spot problems on site, record with notes / photos, report to designers.
- Site Diary : Keep daily records of work, manpower, materials, weather, and changes.
- Progress Reporting : Write progress reports, flag risks / delays, share updates in meetings.
- Coordination : Work with designers for clarifications, revised drawings, and solutions.
- Materials & Resources : Check deliveries, monitor usage / storage, report shortages.
- Issue Resolution : Support contractors / teams to solve problems and track results.
- General Assistance : Follow safety rules, help organize site activities, attend meetings.

STPM, Diploma, or Degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field (or equivalent site experience).1–3 years in construction or site coordination; knowledge of safety and technical drawings is a plus.Responsible, reliable, safety-conscious, proactive, diligent, willing to learn and train.
