Job description

Job Responsibility :

  • Responsible for Administration and maintenance of virtualization platforms, operating systems, hyperconverged, and cloud platform particularly on performance analysis, system architecture, documentation and scripting.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of server hardware and software.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of servers to meet business demands.
  • Serve as the cornerstone for escalating server issues and providing timely responses to customer escalations.
  • Perform server upgrades, maintenance fixes, and vendor-supplied patches.
  • Prepare and review infrastructure design documents.
  • Assist in disaster recovery planning, design, testing, and audit resolution.
  • Take responsibility for other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.
  • Administration and maintenance of Microsoft products, operating systems (e.g., Windows and Linux), virtualization (e.g., Nutanix and VMware), and hyperconverged infrastructure (e.g., Simplivity).
  • Manage various IT projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration of solutions within the organization's infrastructure.
  • Involved in System Preventive Maintenance to mitigate system vulnerability and ensure system in an optimal condition.

Job Requirements :

  • Degree in Information Technology
  • Minimum 3 years related experience
  • Experience in managing Active Directory services - directory management, sites and service management, domain controllers' health and services, permission and delegation, and group policy.
  • Experience in Microsoft product (e.g., Windows, IIS, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, M356, Exchange, SharePoint)
  • Experience in managing virtualization environment and its component (e.g., ESXi, vCenter, vROps and others)
  • Experience in maintaining cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS and Azure).
  • Experience in performing OS hardening and patching
