1. Customer & Project Management : Be responsible for technical communication with local customers, identify potential business opportunities, and promote their transformation into actual projects. Deeply understand, sort out, and manage customer requirements; lead the customization of technical solutions; and guide the implementation of solutions throughout the process.
2. Supplier & Partner Collaboration : Conduct professional technical exchanges with IT vendors and technical partners, take the lead in designing and writing technical solutions, and continuously adjust and optimize solutions according to project progress to ensure the smooth advancement of projects.
3. Product & Market Promotion : Act as a local market product manager, promote the company's core products and technical solutions to local partners and distributors, and enhance the market coverage and influence of products.
4. Market Opportunity Exploration : Research local market dynamics, accurately capture market opportunities for the company's main products, and provide direction support for business growth.
5. Post-project Technical Support : Undertake technical work in the later stage of the project, including equipment deployment and technical debugging required for business, to ensure the delivery quality of the project.
6. Technical Competence Improvement : Participate in regular training and solution learning organized by vendors such as Cisco, H3C, and Huawei; focus on technical fields including networking, security, wireless, enterprise networks, carrier networks, data center networks, CDN, and SD-WAN; and continuously update technical reserves.
