Responsibilities :
- Perform on-site commissioning of company solutions (e.g., commercial kitchen ventilation, demand control systems, air distribution systems)
- Ensure correct installation and integration of controls, UV, water wash systems, and IoT-based monitoring
- Execute planned maintenance and emergency service visits according to service contracts or ad hoc requests
- Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical, electrical, or control components
- Recommend system upgrades or component replacements to enhance performance
- Provide technical support to customers (on-site and remote)
- Deliver user training and operational guidance to end-users, contractors, and facility teams.
- Record service reports, findings, and recommended actions in a structured manner.
- Aftermarket Sales Support - Collaborate with the service sales team to identify upsell opportunities (filters, parts, upgrade packages)
- Work closely with R&D, sales, and operations teams to relay field feedback and improve product reliability
Requirements :
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering2–5 years in field service or commissioning (HVAC, Building Systems, or Controls preferred)Strong knowledge of HVAC / Kitchen Ventilation systemsTroubleshooting skills (electrical / control systems)Excellent communication and customer-facing skillsProficient in using diagnostic tools and service reporting softwareCompany Background
