Job Summary :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Daily order and shipment arrangement :
• Consolidate and verify shipping arrangements based on order confirmations.
• Confirm order status and coordinate with Packing / Trucking teams.
• Book shipments with SMC or customer forwarders and prepare shipping documents for customs.
• Arrange trucks for pick-up schedules.
• Handle customs affairs with forwarders or customs brokers.
• File and maintain shipping documents and records.
• Collaborate with Receiving / Inventory / Logistics teams at the warehouse and external departments like Production, Sales, Buyers, RMA, etc., to fulfill shipping demands.
• Respond promptly to urgent requests, manage abnormal orders, and handle shipment returns.
• Ensure compliance with embargo and restricted policies, holding orders to / from forbidden countries.
