• To plan and execute hiring channels via in-house databases, online employment forums, social media, and other channels.
• Tapping into universities and campuses to generate students leads.
• To manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and background verifications.
• To onboarding new hires, creating offer letters, conducting induction sessions, and completing all relevant paperwork.
• May also be required to work with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the HR function.

Overall, the Recruiter role requires a strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as the ability to build relationships and promote the company’s reputation.
