Location : i_Park, Kulai, Johor

Employment Type : Full-time

About Us

We are a growing manufacturing company specializing in foam and rubber products for global customers. To support our expansion, we are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates with a background in Business Administration or Marketing to join us as Customer Service Executives.

What You'll Do

  • Handle day-to-day communication with customers and suppliers, including those from China.
  • Manage order processing, documentation, and delivery coordination.
  • Support the sales and business development team in customer follow-ups and inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.
  • Gain exposure to business operations in an international manufacturing environment.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply – training will be provided.
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin and English (to liaise with China-based clients and suppliers).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
