Prepare collaterals including press releases, speeches, media briefings, Q&As, social media postings and any other content which aligns with the business’ objectives
Build and Maintain rapport with media partners.
Monitor and compilation of competitive Corporate Comm activities.
Managing the budget and timeline control for the department.
CSR & Social Media management.
Keeps the company up-to-date with latest Corporate Comm development including changes, new PR platforms, tools, best practices etc.
Manage execution of all Corporate Comm touch points for each campaign.
Able to work within deadline, develop and inspire internal PR team.
Assist Corporate Comm Team to organise media rapport activities
Job Requirements :
Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Mass Communications / Corporate Communications / Public Relations / Journalism or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent command of both verbal and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia are essential.
Familiar with design software – Adobe, Illustrator.
Enthusiastic and dynamic with strong people management & decision-making skills and ability to work on own initiative.
Good communications, negotiations, presentations and strong analytical skills.
Strong media contacts across all media platforms and good rapport with media partners.
