About the role
Keepers Property Management, based in Penang, is a leading provider of condominium property management solutions, and is seeking an admin executive to support the business operation and create better value for our prospects and customers!
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
Handle correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
Support the team with ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.
Assist in HR duties such as payroll processing, leave management, and recruitment coordination.
Provide front-line customer service to clients and committees, acting as the first point of contact.
Support senior management in meetings, reports, and presentations.
Direct the juniors to learn and grow. Ensure smooth communication between departments.
Contribute to the implementation of office procedures and policies to ensure smooth operations.
