Job description

Requirements

  • Education :  SPM or an equivalent or higher qualification.
  • Experience : Junior Level : fresh graduates welcome; 1-3 years retail experience, fashion knowledge preferred, Senior Level : 3+ years’ experience, strong sales & leadership skills.
  • Preferably in fashion or apparel, with an advantage for those with men's clothing sales experience.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Involve in Developing Omni-Chanel Strategy.
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fashion products.
  • Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Handle cashier transactions, exchanges, and returns.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and stock display.
  • Support stock management and visual merchandising.
