Human Resources Executive (China Support)

As a Senior Human Resources Executive, you will work with global employees to provide HR support in the employee life cycle and ensure that data is maintained and processed accurately and timely.

What You'll Do

  • The Human Resources Executive will work closely with global employees (from China) by providing HR support in employee life cycle related matters.
  • Update employee movement and personal data changes through SAP system within defined SLA (e.g., hiring, transfer, promotion, termination, resignation).
  • Ensure and maintain the employee’s data is kept accurately and up to date.
  • Prepare and ensure HR related documents or letters are signed within defined SLA (e.g., employment contract, performance appraisal template, Verification of Employment letter).
  • Work closely with country HR and Section Admin on contract renewal and probation process until completion.
  • Provide HR monthly reporting according to scheduled report list and ad-hoc report when required.

    • Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, psychology, professional certificate or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Mandarin language is necessary as this role requires HR support to global employees from China.
  • Enthusiastic, detail oriented and good organizational skills.
