• Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins   -Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales documentation   -Coordinate with the planning, logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing   -Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems   -Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, order processing, and scheduling   -Track orders, stock availability, and delivery timelines   -Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction   -Monitor sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity
