Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of talent management initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention programs.
- Coordinate training and development activities to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisal exercises and competency reviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
- Prepare HR-related reports and provide administrative support to the Talent Management team.
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with university policies and statutory requirements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.1–2 years of working experience in HR, preferably in talent management, training, or recruitment.Good understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and talent development concepts.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
