Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of talent management initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention programs.
  • Coordinate training and development activities to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisal exercises and competency reviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and events.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and provide administrative support to the Talent Management team.
  • Ensure HR practices are aligned with university policies and statutory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of working experience in HR, preferably in talent management, training, or recruitment.
  • Good understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and talent development concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

    Pay : RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
