As a Human Resource Assistant at NGAN YIN FOOD INDUSTRIES SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. This full-time position is based in Ipoh, Perak, and will involve a variety of HR-related tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, including advertising job openings, screening applications, and arranging interviews
  • Maintaining employee records and personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, such as processing payroll, leave management, and benefits administration
  • Coordinating employee training and development programs
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Addressing employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with other departments to support HR-related initiatives

What we\'re looking for

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR assistant or administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
