Design Engineer

Job Overview :

Design new substrate / leadframe or types and minor project management.

Primary Responsibilities :

Review and Study new RFQ from Customer.

Work with customer on design requirements and capture design requirements in drawing.

Liaise with suppliers and internal PE team in terms of design drawing.

Generate Package Outline Drawing / Strip Outline Drawing / Bonding Diagram

VE / Cost down Project Management.

Qualification & Experience :

AutoCAD drafting

Operate Cadence APD

Basic Design Manufacturing Process knowledge.

MS. Office

Operate GC Prevue

Degree in related discipline or

Diploma with 4 years relevant working experience.
