Order Processing Coordinator - Cloud Operations
Job Purpose
The Order Processing Coordinator is a primary point-of-contact for Sales Teams, Country Operations Lead, Finance, and Logistics. This position focuses on processing Sales Order requests from the Sales team for various vendors or processing PO requests from the Sales Order team and releasing the PO to various vendors.
Responsibilities
- Validate supporting documents and process Sales / Purchase Order requests based on vendors (line cards) and country requirements.
- Ensure required approvals are in place (GTC / ECCN / DPC / Credit Check).
- Responsible for clearing the order requests queue within SLA.
- Submit PO request once a Purchase Requisition Number is generated.
- Ensure release of completed PO to vendors within SLA.
- Follow up with vendors on order status and estimated time of arrival.
- Communicate to the Logistics team about vendor delivery requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.Ability to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.Strong data entry skills.Proficiency with basic mathematical calculations.Attention to detail and accuracy.Clear and effective communication.Strong English and local language writing and speaking skills.Interaction skills with all levels of management.Strong multi‑cultural interpersonal skills.Ability to work constructively under stress and pressure.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Confidentiality of sensitive information.Build solid, effective working relationships.Sensitivity to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.Rapid learning of new systems and technology.Basic computer skills.Key Skills
