Assistant Manager, Branch Strategy & Development

As an Assistant Manager, Branch Strategy & Development at AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's strategic growth and expansion plans. In this full‑time position based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative branch‑level strategies to ensure the company's continued success within the consulting and strategy sector.

Responsibilities

Assist superior for managing Regional Office, Branches, Counter Service office renovation / relocation / refurbish / closure and Asset Sighting
Lead / assist in preparing project design based on space efficiency
Propose space design and layout for Office and branches in line with Regional Support Department New Branch Concept requirement
Prepare 2D, 3D layout and detail drawings for nationwide Regional Offices, Branches, Counter Service renovation project
Prepare and / or review accuracy of Bill of Quantity (BQ) document provided by contractors / vendors
Conduct site inspection pre and post renovation for measurements, review renovation work against proposed layout and design
Monitor OPEX & CAPEX investment, analyze actual investment
Assist manager on audit findings, team procedures amendment imposed to the team operations
Assist evaluation of team members performance for yearly KPI

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Quantity Surveyor, Project Management or relevant field

Minimum 4‑5 years of experience in strategic planning, branch network management or a related field within the consulting and strategy sector

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to senior stakeholders

Proven track record of successfully implementing branch‑level initiatives and driving measurable business impact

Familiarity with the financial services industry and an understanding of the competitive landscape in Malaysia

Adaptable and proactive, with ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
