Service Crew

seeking a full-time Service Crew to join our dynamic team in Klang Valley area (Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Subang, etc.). As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our valued guests.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner

Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

Serving food and drinks to customers in a timely and courteous manner

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including tables, chairs, and service areas

Assisting with food preparation tasks as needed

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns

Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards

Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service delivery

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and personable demeanour

Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Good problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Familiarity with food and beverage service protocols and etiquette
