Construction Manager (Fit out / Hotel Experience)

Job Responsibilities

Liaise with a subcontractor for sample approval.

Lead the QAQC team for the inspection status.

Maintain and update SOW and preconstruction documents and meet contract obligation.

Respond efficiently and effectively to work delays, emergencies, and other project disruptions.

Advise on nonconformance.

Execute all tasks given and responsible for work performance.

Prepare and submit performance management reports to Project Manager.

Identify areas of improvement based on the performance management report.

Implement company policy and departmental standard operating procedures.

Implement improvement in Commercial and project department.

Support other internal customers in operations to ensure products and services meet customer and other interested parties’ requirements.

Ensure proper document and record keeping in project department.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering, architectural or related field.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in ID fit‑out – built‑in furniture, wall paneling, partition works, etc.

Prior experience in hotels, apartments or condominiums will be considered an added advantage.

Knowledge of construction methods and technologies and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with an eye for quality.
