About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Sales Coordinator to join our team at DSR DAILY FRESH SDN. BHD. in the vibrant city of Shah Alam, Selangor. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring smooth customer service. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of an innovative and growing company.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and manage sales activities, including order processing, invoicing, and tracking
Liaise with customers to address inquiries, handle complaints, and provide updates on order status
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales data and customer information
Assist with the preparation of sales reports and presentations
Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the client and sales administration field

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook

Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
