Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

SuamiSihat Holding operates an integrated men’s health ecosystem consisting of :

• SS Ecommerce – Men’s supplements, performance products, and wellness formulations.
• SS Clinic & Wellness (Unified Under One Roof) – Integrated medical services, screening, functional medicine, longevity support, physiotherapy, diagnostics, and men’s performance care.
• SS Technology – Includes a spin-off platform that creates a safe, private space for men to learn professional, uncensored sexual education, discuss anonymously, and access real, safe solutions.
• SS Group – Corporate training, organisational men’s health programs, and future franchising activities.

THE MISSION

We are hiring a CMO capable of building and running the full performance marketing, sales, branding & creative engine across all business units.

Your core mandate :

Scale SuamiSihat from RM10M to RM30M annual revenue through data-driven growth systems, omnichannel execution, and high-performance team leadership.

This role requires a proven operator with real “been there, done that” experience scaling companies from RM10M → RM20M+.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Growth & Performance Marketing (Primary KPI)

Own acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Shopee Ads & other platforms.

Strategic Leadership Across All Units

Develop unified growth strategy for Ecommerce, Clinic & Wellness, Technology & Group.

Brand, Creative & Communication

Oversee all creative outputs : ads, content, scripts, storytelling & brand identity.

Product & Go‑To‑Market (GTM)

Lead GTM for supplements, clinic packages, wellness programs, tech features & corporate offerings.

CRM, Retention & Customer Pathways

Build unified CRM, retention, referrals, affiliates, loyalty, cross‑selling & automation systems.

You will build and lead a high-performance marketing, sales & creative organization, including :

a) Hiring & Team Structure

Recruit senior marketers, performance specialists, creatives & CRM talent.

Build SOPs for ads, content, CRM, reporting, brand tone, creative processes & growth workflows.

Conduct weekly reviews, KPI monitoring & performance evaluations.

Make decisive calls when standards are not met.

Build a culture of clarity, speed, ownership & disciplined execution.
