We are looking for a highly responsible and experienced

Senior Account Executive

to join our growing team. This role is critical in managing our full set of accounts and ensuring compliance and accuracy across all financial activities.

Experience in e-commerce accounting (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)

is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities

Manage the company’s

full set of accounts

using

Autocount

accounting systems. Handle all

e-commerce-related financial operations , including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok seller platforms (e.g., fee reconciliation, payout verification, promo deductions, and sales tracking). Perform daily accounting functions including

accounts payable (AP) ,

accounts receivable (AR) ,

general ledger (GL) postings , and

bank reconciliations . Ensure timely and accurate

monthly closing

processes, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and adjustments. Monitor

cash flow

and prepare accurate cash flow forecasts and reports. Maintain

proper and systematic documentation and filing

to support financial audits and internal control procedures. Ensure full

compliance with Malaysia’s financial, accounting, and tax regulations , including : E-invoicing (Peppol compliance) SST reporting Withholding tax and income tax submissions Prepare and analyze

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

for management review. Liaise with

external auditors , tax agents, bankers, and other stakeholders for audits, reporting, and financial queries. Support

budgeting and forecasting activities , analyzing variances and offering actionable insights. Assist in

financial analysis and special projects

to support strategic decision-making. Proactively recommend and implement

process improvements

to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications & Requirements

Degree in

Accountancy, Finance , or equivalent professional qualification. Minimum 5 years

of hands-on experience in

handling full set of accounts , with at least

2 years in e-commerce-related accounting . Solid understanding of

Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop

seller transactions, fee structures, and payout processes. Proficient in

Autocount

and

Microsoft Excel . Strong understanding of Malaysian financial reporting standards and statutory compliance requirements. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a

fast-paced, high-volume environment . Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly responsible with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Why Join Us?
