Job descriptionProvide application management support for SAP ECC in the production environment and materials management (optionally, in-house material logistics, warehouse management). Support the S / 4Hana project as a team member or a sub-project lead. Assist in the design, implementation, and compliance with the SAP template for the Technology Center. Manage requirements (including coordination and prioritization) and execute the development of the required functionality within the area of responsibility. Independently execute implementations and changes within the assigned application area, as well as within the scope of sub-project responsibility. Provide support to the external implementation partners, including assisting with quality assurance of the services provided. Define test plans and test cases, as well as coordinate testing for developments. Ensure compliance with required regulations (e.g., CSV, data protection) within the area of responsibility, including all changes. Provide user support (1st, 2nd, and 3rd level) and user training. Ensure stable operation of the supported application systems by ensuring timely resolution of all incidents within the area of responsibility, as well as assisting with the planning, coordination, and / or execution of system updates. Participate in international user support and inclusion in the IT on-call duty. Area of deployment : All companies within the global Eppendorf Group. 4 years and above of experience in SAP systems, with a focus relevant modules such as SD, MM, WM, PP. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP certification in relevant modules is an added advantage Experience in SAP implementation or upgrade projects, including system design and configuration. Proven experience providing 1st and 2nd level support, with exposure to 3rd level support being advantageous. Proficiency in SAP modules related to logistics (SD, MM, WM, PP), including configuration and customization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business requirements and design solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and documenting requirements Experience working in cross-functional teams and coordinating with global business functions. Ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and handle change management effectively. - Support the design, implementation, and operation of SAP ECC & SAP S / 4Hana in a production environment.
- Assist in maintaining and ensuring compliance with the SAP template for the Technology Center. - Contribute to the design, development, and operation of KPI systems within the area of responsibility.
- Execute activities related to further development and operation in accordance with IT processes, to ensure compliance, service level agreements, and enable process analysis; assist with initiating process improvements.
- Conduct knowledge transfer through documentation and handovers.
