Job description

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.

Handle monthly payroll processing, including attendance tracking, salary calculations, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), and payslip preparation.

Coordinate and handle logistics arrangements, including delivery scheduling, courier coordination, and ensuring smooth operational support.

Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any accounting-related queries or issues.
